Very frustrating that the bank is only open 9 till 3 so anyone who works or a young person at school can't go into the bank, my daughter tried opening an account online and was told to take her ID into her local branch which will be Ashington but she can't as she's at school she's 16 and she works on a Saturday so can't... read full comment

Found staff at this Ashington branch so laid back and un helpful. it wasn't the same as a few years ago more friendly and helpful these lot seems to be drinking coffee all day One person behind the counter the other three watching the entrance doors I think I'll move my money
