“I went to this store yesterday about 10 or so minutes before it was due to close, not realising the time! I was wandering around looking at what I needed, comparing items and prices and trying to also buy cards on other peoples behalf, which is never easy! I realised one of the staff (I think the manager, but not sure) was starting to tidy up, but not in anyway trying to give me hints, just doing the jobs he needed to do. I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed, she said 5.30pm and I asked what time it was now. When she replied I realised I had about 1 minute before they were due to close, so I started to hurry and kept apologising to them both! They were both so lovely and kept saying it wasn’t a problem, that I didn’t have to worry. I was so overwhelmed at how nice they were, I decided to hurry more rather than take advantage of their kindness. This store isn’t my local one, but I was already in Ashington so decided to go. I think I’ll be using this one from now on though, just because the staff are so lovely! I’d give 10 stars if it were an option! Thank you both for your kindness.”
