(Poor customer service)
I went in to take a new device out on a 24-month contract, All was going well at first and then I said I would like to add some insurance to the plan she went If you just give them a call when you get home you can do that. They were more interested in getting home then anything else, I given them a call and they said that I wouldn't be able to add any insurance to the plan because I've already taken the device out on contract, You would have thought that they would have known this,

I went into the EE store in Ashington to sort a SIM card issue and although I appreciate they weren?t able to help me the level of customer service was very poor. The lady who served me made me feel like I was more of an inconvenience. At one point as I was explaining my situation her personal mobile phone rang and was desperate to answer it in which she did the nano second I stopped talking! Very poor customer service!

This review is very much for Kyra and her support with an issue we had with my father's phone. She sorted the problem with no fuss & thankfully the outcome worked out well. She was very much focused on the customer which is sometimes rare in these situations. She's certainly an asset to the team & the EE brand. Also, a mention to Abby who I spoke to on the phone yesterday. Thank-you!

The customer service here is excellent. Corey definitely went the extra mile for us. We did not go in to make a purchase we went for help. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for all your help we are extremely grateful.

Excellent service today, especially from Owen but also Adam and Steve. Owen was very helpful, patient, thorough and professional helping me to change my broadband package and also organising a new phone. Can definitely recommend.

Ordered a new phone in store, to support my local branch and was told it would be the next day. No issues with the ordering process, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. After a week, I rang the store and was told that it wasn't in stock. Waited another week and a half, still no phone call. Went into the store, to be told the order had been there and they couldn't contact me. Strange since I'd rang the store and they also had my phone number and email contact. Refund was processed easily. Very poor customer service in keeping the customer informed. Ordered online and received the next day...
