I have never been in this store before. But as we were in the area on our way home from our Holiday our grandsons asked if they could call in as they had some Skylanders one of them wanted. I have never been in a more organised CEX store. The lady who served us was very efficient she knew exactly what he wanted & got all the boxes out & seemed really happy to serve a 14 year old. We ended up buying more than we intended to. The store was so organised it was actually a pleasure to shop there.

Cex is a nation wide chain which sells second-hand mobiles, laptops, games consoles & games, dvds of various grades of quality.
The higher the price the higher the quality the items are, you can part-ex you're old games ECT or accept a in store gift voucher or cash its up to you.cex has its own website to browse items and availability as well as opening times and regional phone number for the stores nearby.
Cex does provide a repair service if required for all electricals too.

Do not buy from here. They have sold me faulty goods which they have had in multiple times for the same fault. Now they are saying that a tiny crack in the screen voids the warranty for this fault despite having had it in before to correct the same fault.

Wife took her IPhone when staff member looked at it said couldn't buy it as slight crack round camera which was barely visible and camera worked fine so tried mazuma told them about crack got £115 .

Buy off you too cheap and sell for a lot. Stopping using Cex for lack of tech knowledge. Cheaper shopping on Ebay.

Great place to get bits and bobs I got a Xbox 360 from there and when they sold it to me the Xbox got red ring then I contacted them and they said bring it over and straight away the gave me a brand new one for free this shop is the best for helping people thanks Kai denton
