I visited Carpetright in Ashington recently and spoke to the deputy manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me in my purchase of the correct flooring for my house. If I ever need more flooring, I'd make them my first call.

Bought flooring a long time ago and due to kitchen remodelling I needed an extra box! Wasn?t 100% sure but a determined Stuart helped trace my previous order with patience and good humour. The product was in stock and I was able to take away just what I needed on the day in confidence I had the right style and colour. Great job!

after my sister had a fantastic experience i came back to do my back stairs and can safely say Kirsty and Stuart looked after me as well as they did my sister,Duane who fitted the carpet didn't leave a mess and the stairs look wonderful thanks guys I will be back.

My laminate floor was fitted today by Ian and his brother and they have made a really proffesional finish.. it is beautiful so pleased I used Carpetright. The service in the shop when choosing was excellent and never felt pressured even though it took me a while to decide which laminate I wanted.
