Stock availability is truly shocking in this store. Time after time I?ve visited and there?s so many gaps on the shelf?s.\\nAlso, the snotty women working on self scan checkouts who challenge you about bags even though you have scanned them are almost enough to make you walk out. Give people with rubbish jobs a bit of power, and some go mad with it.

Always liked going to asda for George clothing for myself and my daughter and for food shopping since the redesign of the ashington store i have discovered there are no changing rooms ? and now very little choice, i can not and will not buy without trying on for the risk of having to waste time returning it, sorry asda you have lost a customer

Would just like to say a big Thankyou to Asda Ashington for continuing to support us at Ashington Veterans and Elders Institute.\\nWe are a charity specialising in leisure facilities for elderly people and we've had many hampers from the store to help us facilitate events to raise our profile and to raise money.\\nYour Community Champion, Andrea has been most helpful in preparing food hampers for our competition days, open mic nights and the latest one, the coffee morning we've organised to help launch our Community Garden.\\nWe really appreciate Asda's support, but especially appreciate the way Andrea looks after us. We've got to know her well over the last two years, and feel she actually looks out for ways to keep the support for us going. Thank you again!

I went here at 22.00, only the self-service tills were on, as per usual the tills always come up with errors when trying to scan items in. Not one member of staff on hand to sort it out. Which is a shame because there are some really genuine helpful members of staff at this store. It kind of undoes all their hard work.

Between 23rd and 27th on December, they should make everything 50% off so people that canâ??t afford things well can buy things for school or home and stuff.ð?? Sticking up for the poor-ish people!

As a stranger to ASDA Ashington I had to ask an assistant for guidance to some goods. A most helpful, pleasant and obliging girl called Emma who was busy stocking dairy products helped me and I think she deserves a commendation for being such a helpful and professional member of your staff.
