No issues with the branch but trying to return a faulty item via online systems is a shockingly poor experience. Passed from pillar to post, given numbers to call that are never answered. I made an online order for collection on Monday 26th March, the email said I had until Mon 4th of February 6pm to collect the items. Yet this store cancelled my my order on Thursday 29th Feb and refunded me.
