Love the fresh sandwiches, that are prepared by the lovely staff. Sandwiches are well worth the price. Loads of filling. Only problem is they are so gorgeous you only want to eat from there and I'm only in Amble once a week so left craving my Friday sandwich. Hardworking staff, really clean and loads of choice.

By far the best takeaway lunches in amble! The scones are stuff of legends would highly recommend you try one if you eat here they deliver aswell which is a bonus for us locals! Not had a bad meal yet! Good value for money and portion sizes are spot on!

Collected an amazing afternoon tea yesterday from the Galley.
Would definitely recommend it!
So much food, from sandwiches, pasties, quiche, scones and cake!
We couldn't even finish it all.
The Husband said it was the best cheese scone he has had!

£3.50 for a bun that resembled a boulder, one slice of ham and a small spoonful of cheap tasting cheese savoury. But I guess it?s justified by the use of lurpack. This place used to be so good, always fresh and local, but the ingredients now taste cheap. Spend your money on a meal deal instead

We called in here on a couple of occasions during a week long stay in Amble. Firstly for a couple of slices of delicious cookies and cream cake and secondly to get a roll for lunch. On the second visit the shutters were almost down as it was closing time but they were still willing to serve us (through the gap in the shutters).
