Unapeoachable staff.
Asked for a mug for my tea, which I've always had no problem.
He looked sturnly and said it comes in a cup.
I said I get the mug all the time.
He's like, it comes in a cup......
So I told him to cancel it.
I've given 5 start reviews on the past.
Manors cost nothing.
We holiday here lots and bring everyone who visits us.

This was one of the few cafes open for breakfast on a Sunday. They had some outdoor seating in the sun. My ham and cheese croissant was extremely small! Other food and coffee were also fine. It took a very long time for us to get water.

Visited Radcliffes on many occasions with no cause for complaint, today after my meal was served, I approached the bar counter as I couldn?t see any one else around and ask the guy behind the bar if I could please have some mayonnaise, his response? ( you can ask anything you like but I am not here to serve you ) in an arrogant tone and storming off into to the kitchen, the young waiter picked up on it and quickly tried to make amends for his behaviour. I believe the guy may be the owner so not expecting a polite response if one at all. We have always enjoyed calling in when in Amble but in future will take our business elsewhere.

Great bar with nice seating area outside that catches the afternoon sun and sheltered from wind.
We drank here a couple of times over our stay in Amble and spoke at length with the owner. A great guy only too willing to talk explaining their beers and food concepts and promoting other local establishments too.
Didnt eat but what I saw food looked good, but try the Budver beer it messes with your head as it looks stouty and thik but its a lager.

Service 100 percent let's you down unfortunately, been a number of times but again walked out after sat 25 minutes without order taken even through is asked to be served at the bar . You need more staff or let people order at the bar .
