Turned up at 3pm and asked for full set acrylics. Was told there was no time. ...??? Very abrupt. Went straight to Kim's at Ashington and absolutely no problem! Lovely staff and great job done. Will be now going back to Kim's.

Came in with my sister and mum for nails. Didn't cut cuticles which is not to bad. The way that one of the employees talked too my sister and I was awful. He was extremely rough with our hands ,even though we were completely nice and cooperative, he even left marks and cuts on my sisters hands. He also took 3 personal calls while doing my nails, one being a video call with his friend and when my mum was asking him a question in the middle of her response to the answer he started talking to his friend on the call again. Just completely rude and the nails are not done well he even stuck the acrylic nail to my skin and forgot the top coat on one of my hands and when he checked to see if I was correct about him forgetting it he harshly touched my nail leaving it smudged and with bubbles. Would not recommend at all.Service: Pedicure

Nice family run business with the husband and wife. The shop is clean and the attention to detail is fantastic. I managed to get an appointment at very short notice and had to wait an extra few minutes to be seen to, both staff apologised and kept me informed. A nice couple doing a great job in our community. I travel from Alnwick and it?s worth it. A big thanks to the staff/owners.Service: Pedicure
