Service has recently gone from poor to none existent. Apparently a few staff have resigned and not been replaced. Suggest you use one of the online pharmacies. Boots in town centre no better.

Everything was going fine until December 2021 my monthly prescription never turned up since then it has been wrong it is now may 2022 and it?s still wrong,I have had to phone every month to speak to others to sort this out and still it continues to be wrong,last month I never even bothered phoning because I was that sick of it being wrong only because I had spares,this again was through it being wrong yet again.The stress and anxiety it puts onto others some have no idea,I am severely disabled and rely on these tablets to get me up and mobile,I have been told they were not on repeat prescription despite taking them and receiving them for years,then every month something has been missing or they have never turned up,today I will have to wring yet again because my monthly prescription never turned up yesterday.I am on about 31 tablets a day for pain relief nerve damage and other symptoms.I have given this pharmacy every chance to sort things out I know they are busy people and dealing with many others put just how much does others have to put up with before things are corrected,because it takes a toll on others.

Disgraceful chemist in the last eight months there has been a problem every month with my repeat.I have them delivered as do not go out and this chemist NEVER picks up the phone or answers msgs.My gp has tried to sort it out. There superintendent number waste time habe emailed them spoke to them on phone even saying a regional manager would be in contact not heard from them yet now the ignore emails.Have had no option but to report them to the NHS complaints.This month only delivered one dosset tray and no inhalers or painkillers.They are disgrace as these scripts they have months in advance, so I have no idea why the are not fulfilling the script like they should.DON'T TRUST THESE PPL TO DELIVER MEDICATION AS HAVE NO CARE AND WILL PUT PPL AT RISK...

Never have the repeat prescription ready, tell me it's there when often it's only part filled. This is a rural area and I have had to make three visits to finally get my prescription filled.The staff are nice, but the service and never answered telephone make it a terrible experience.The 1 star is for the staff, if I could have given 0 I would have.

Absolute shambles! My repeat prescriptions have been wrong for the last 5 or 6 times....the staff even made a joke about it last time! once again I am sat here all weekend without blood pressure medication! It's only a matter of time before somebody ends up seriously ill or worse! Due to their incompetence!
