A very helpful , friendly and efficient service from the first visit to the Alnwick branch which continued over the months from offer to completion of our house purchase . We have moved houses a relatively large number of times and we feel that RMS are the most professional and well organise estate agent that we have encountered . We recently purchased a property through RMS in Alnwick. We were purchasing at a distance (from Solihull), so communication was important to us. Everyone we dealt with at RMS was friendly and they responded to queries very quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Alnwick branch completed my property sale, a genuine, no fuss agreement, when solicitors were rubbish (standard practice) RMS staff ensured they chased and updated to keep on top of the sale. I wouldn?t hesitate to use and recommend RMS as the best in their field ??

Bought a property through Rook Matthew Sayer. We had Brenda who was the main adminitrator thotughout the process. She made the experience im its entirety very easy and pointed us in the right direction when we needed guidance. We were akways kept in the light with updates throughout the process and a lovely congragulations card at the end was thw cherry on top. Great pleasure doing business and highly recommended.
