Order arrived over a month late outside the store's 'shipping' policies. When reaching out to the store to request a cancellation of the order given that the products did not arrive within the time frame provided on the site, they said they'd only do it after receiving the items back. An absolute gem of a shop. Beautifully laid out. A pleasure to browse in. Great choice of clothing. And the Jelly cat range is fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bought a jumper could have spent a small fortune. The clothes are displayed beautifully. Will most definitely be visiting again.

Really lovely store, brightened up my shopping trip visiting such a lovely shop with some great stuff for children. Great customer service, very welcoming and friendly ?
