We as a family have stayed here several times over the last 2 years. The location is situated just a mile out of the centre of Alnwick. Admittedly it is situated on a small industrial estate with no real views but has easy access and egress from the A1. It has a small restaurant which serves nice food and breakfasts along with a small bar and a nice small seating area. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel and trust me I have stayed in hundreds of premier inns with work and this is in my top 10Rooms: Very good and cleanNearby activities: Alnwick castle and gardensSafety: Off road parking and quiet areaWalkability: Close to amenities and town centreFood & drinks: Very good

Check-in very time consuming. Self check-in wouldn't validate the key card. Staff were busy in restaurant so had to wait 15 mins for help and then another 10 mins to get sorted. Not ideal after a long drive.

Extremely friendly staff.Food was Excellent. Room was smaller than we are used to in a Premier Inn. Plenty of Parking.Situated on a small industrial estate so don't expect views.Wanted £10 extra for Early Booking Fee which was a bit annoying as we arrived @ 2-25 & 3pm was Booking In Time.

I thought the rooms were smaller than other Premier inns I have been in, and the excellent shower was spoilt by poor shower doors which will cause long term problems if left. Staff and food great.

Spent 2 nights in a Premier Plus room and thought the extra money was worth it.Room was comfortable and very quiet, and lots of hot water.The meals package was very good value, and the food of excellent quality and value for this type of place. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.Check in was slow, because the computer system was misbehaving. That was the only negative.

OK, it's cheapish, and you know what youte buying with a Premier inn. This one, though, sadly comes up below expectations.The service isn't good. The staff don't seem interested. The face that there was no orange juice and pastries for breakfast appeared to be 'hilarious' to them, but come on, no orange juice? The most popular of breakfast drinks?Housekeeping also rubbish, they 'make' the bed, and empty the bins, that's it. The floor wasn't touched and the used cups just left. Arguably the worst Housekeeping ivr ever encountered.The location, if stuck round the back of an industrial estate, is handy for Alnwick, I guess that's a positive.Ps don't bother with the automatic checkin, it never works.

The rooms were clean as usual and the food was nice but we found they seemed to be a little understaffed with people regularly running between serving food, doing drinks at the bar and checking people in. The staff that were there though were lovely and friendly.

Located on an industrial estate with some pot hole filled access roads BUT one of the best premier inns I've stopped in. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing, I highly recommend eating in the hotel. Easy access off the A1 and about a 20 minutes walk into

Fantastic stay at this great hotel. Stayed in a Premier Plus room which was Fab. Checked in late without a reservation night staff could not do enough for us a good nights sleep followed by a good breakfast with plenty of choice.

This is a lovely, fairly new, clean and friendly hotel. Their breakfasts are delicious as are there other meals. First visit recently and will definitely be back
