Been bringing mi' Rangie here for years! Brilliant bunch of folk: Mark, Stuart, Victoria, Conner and the rest of the team; - nothing is ever too much trouble and you know you are in trusted hands, as they have built up their business and reputation with honest hard work!Keep going guys, there are some folk out here that truly appreciate the independents who make owning a Rangie much more satisfying than trying to maintain one via the rip-off 'main squeelers'!

My Range Rover Vogue was booked in after the garage Mastora told me what was needed, so I bought the Range Rover Vogue into the work shop ,they told me the part wasn't the right part, so we will do a temporary fix for you, till I need to reorder the right part.At the end of the day they could have fobed me off but they went the extra mile for me ,.So thank you to all the staff at Mastora.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After over 9 months Mastora have still not come back to me with a reply after I dropped off the new Alternator I returned to themI was informed by another LR dealer that they had fitted an alternator which was not suited to my car and had developed a faultI sent big back to Mastora so they could return the item so they could look into this on my behalfOver nine months later I?m still none the wiserI requested that the old alternator they took off my car be returned to me also so that I could hand this into the other dealer ( I get a £40.00 refund as they recondition them) this has not turned up eitherI am understanding as we are going through difficult times but the lack of communication and total lack of customer care is not what valued customers demand or should expectI need to either be reimbursed for the full amount of the alternator as supplied by Mastora plus the amount of which I have lost by not having the old one as part exchangeI am surprised that they get any business with their attitude and lack of cooperationServices: Engine repair

My Defender broke down on the A1, 350 miles from home on a Sunday night, so I was grateful to be recommended and recovered to Mastora, in readiness to be attended to on the Monday morning after sleeping in my Land Rover all night.Nine o?clock came, I explained my case ( faulty alternator, away from home, willing to pay extra etc ) and was told that they ?might be able to look at it today? and ?then order the part?.I sat in their car park whilst their mechanics came and went, looking at other vehicles ( but never making eye contact with me ) for an hour, at which point I realised that despite their reputation built on helping others ( as per the Company history in reception ) they weren?t really interested in helping a guy who was obviously in a muddle, with 5 minutes of their time.Suffice to say, I arranged to have my vehicle recovered from Mastora to a business that cares.If you want good customer service from a ?Land Rover Specialist? go elsewhere.
