Went in after leaving Turnbulls empty handed after requiring steak. It's a good M&S food hall, well stocked and I came out with 2 beautiful looking Thick Cut Ribeyes with good marbling, that I can report after some expert cooking from yours truly went down beautifully.As an added bonus I was given a free bunch of flowers whilst paying! A great act of kindness after my first week of living up here!! Love it!!

Everything you would expect from the brand. Nicely laid out with wide aisles and a good range of products. Plenty of parking too.

This shop has terrible staff and management is a disgraceful I was treated by two staff and was accused of something I did not do the staff are a disgraceful and the manager is discracfull I reported to he'd office they just thought it was funny be very carful yousing this store they cause people of theft when I had done nothing wrong I am having to persew this trough a third party Well done Ms lost a good customer ?

It's ridiculous how cold it is in this store. Its now at the point where I have to know what I need, grab it and get out as quickly as possible. If it was a few degrees warmer people might actually hang around and spend more!!

Was told that the tills were not open and that I?d have to use a self device till, however the person who told me this then went on to open a till for someone else. I complained to a manager who was totally off hand. Utterly dismal attitude.

Great store, grand staff. Lots of delicious food and a click and collect point.No cafe and no public toilet.

What time does the cafe open? Simple question, no answer. I tried to call the store, but the line defaults to a "bot" which gave me an ambiguous answer. The call then transferred to a call centre who could not answer the question either. This is crazy: why is it so hard for a corporation to answer a question which must have an definite answer, otherwise no one would know when they should report for work.

Light and airy. Loads of great choice. Free parking and friendly, helpful staff. And unlike a previous reviewer said (not sure how she could have missed them), always a huge selection of beautiful flowers bouquets and plants.

Nice and airy M & S. Lots of free parking ( unlike my local M&S at home) Only downside seemed to be not as big in the inside and less choice than I was expecting, for example couldnt see any flower bouquets. Staff very cheerful

Customer Service was not as good as expected which was disappointing as we were not local and first impressions really count.
