I’ve been to Hapoy Nails several times over the past three years. They always do a very nice job and I’m always happy with the outcome. However I have seen the slippage of cleanliness lately. Nothing is clean and all their machinery is dirty. Just not the standard of cleanliness expected in a salon.

Fantastic nail salon, always greeted with a smile. The staff are happy to take on whatever design i bring in to them ans im never disappointed. Always come away extremely happy with my nails. 100 percent recommend. ?

Stated what I wanted then once was already too far into the appointment told me I couldn't have what I wanted. Was too late so stayed to at least get nails finished, they were rushed, don't match and probably one of the worst sets I've received in a long time. It's a shame as thy did come recommended maybe there is new staff I'm not sure but 100 percent would not recommend for both the standard of service or the nails or polish just not acceptable

I asked for white tips, (£22). Within 10 mins i realised this was not what was happening - she was putting acrylics with pink and white French (£37) I said again - that?s not what I asked for and was angrily told it was too late to change them. Toes with shellac were a further £22 so overall a hugely expensive trip and not satisfied at all. They were grumpy and aggressive. I pay less for far better service in Edinburgh.

Hmmm, not the best nails I have to say. Finish on the gel is bumpy, I have colour on the skin around a couple of the nails, really thin coating of builder gel compared to many otber places I have been. General attention to the finish is poor to be honest. I visited on a whim, I don't live locally but wouldn't rush back.Service: Gel manicures
