I rang at 09.10 to ask if I could have flowers arranged for my wife for our anniversary. The lady, who I dealt with said she could have them ready for 10.00, just 50 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 10.00 and, true to her word, they were ready and beautiful. I can therefore thoroughly recommend this florist for friendly, reliable, excellent service.Thank youJohn

I have used Flowers by Julie for two occasions in the last year, though my family have used her shop many times over the years. My first visit to Flowers by Julie was sadly for my grandmother's funeral but the flower arrangement for the funeral was so lovely that we chose Flowers by Julie for our wedding in November 2022 as well. We could not have been happier with our wedding flowers! Julie listened to everything that we had said and the photos we brought in and put together exactly what we had hoped for. I ordered in the morning and delivered by 4! I was called to advise me certain flowers were not available and what I would prefer instead which was great... Fantastic service and beautiful flowers .. my mum in law said they were gorgeous ? xx cheered her up at a sad time x thank you x

Bought some flowers for a funeral 2 weeks ago, one was lovely but i'm afraid one if them did not match the bouquet in brochure, and large sunflowers were put into it which looked out of place and not was was expected or asked for. Rang three times on three subsequent days to speak to Julie or anyone in charge but was always informed that they were out and would ring back to discuss issue, I'm still waiting for this call.. So not good customer service by any means. When you are paying close to £150 for flowers frankly you expect more. At the time of ordering flowers my mother asked for a single rose to take away with her and they charged another £3 for that. Really?I'm afraid on this experience would not be using this shop again.
