I started to visit the Alnwick branch of the Newcastle building society to help my mother who has Alzheimer's with her affairs. To my surprise I have found all the staff in this branch to be superb! Helpful advice from Greg got me on the right track straight away, and since then despite many problematic situations I have found all the staff have a really positive 'can do' attitude! I really can't praise them highly enough, they have made a very difficult time deal-able with . I hope the ' big bosses' appreciate what gems they have in Alnwick.”
