I visited Alnmouth for a weeks holiday prior to half term and used this station to get petrol, unleaded was 142.9 { my local BP was 141.9} throughout the week.However for the bank holiday and half term the price increased by 3p to 145.9, just pure greed to cash in on families going on holiday!My local BP actually reduced the price of unleaded to 139.9 during the same period so obviously not an issue with oil price etc, suggest you avoid this greedy garage.

Calling yourself 24/7 but yet the staff are too busy blasting music to hear anyone tapping on the window! I needed something to eat due to being diabetic 00:30 I first arrived and 15 minutes later still no service

BP staff were as expected, did the job well ?, fuel prices were also cheaper than expected for being on the A1. Premium unleaded was at £182.9 which was nice to see.My issue was with the Greg's staff within the fuel station (Sunday 23/10/2022 10am). A young lady on shift got my order wrong and the gentleman's order in front wrong. I've always thought a bacon and omelette sandwich was a pretty simple order to remember. What made it worse, was it took forever to prepare the order. I could have literally caught a pig and prepared it myself haha (little dramatic, but that's how long it felt).Hopefully the lady was just having an off day, or was hungover from the night before as she is not doing the business any favours.

Limited parking for trucks overnight but if your early enough great . Staff spot on always friendly and helpful . Just a shame about the boy racers on a night

Went to this BP garage as there are none in my area, also wanted to use the rewards I have built up with my BP app.When I paid for fuel (highest price I have seen) I was told I couldn't use my rewards as it isn't a BP garage ???If a so called franchise uses a companies name and reputation they should honoured that companies trading standards, not pick and choose the ones they want.There is no mention that they are independant and do not abide by all of BP 's standards, they are quick enough to take your money on the understanding they are a different company, also when I asked the staff member about it she couldn't even be bothered to explain thus to me and hust said 'we're not BP'With the 10's of millions profit they made last year and the economy nowdays' can any company afford to lose customers ? I know they've lost my future business.Couldn't rate zero star so had to leave 1.

The Morrisons staff are so rude at this petrol station, walked in and asked a staff member if anyone was on the Barista counter to make me a coffee and she just turned around and told me ?no because am doing the delivery? and then walked off. I?m sorry but surely for all of two minutes you can help a customer and serve them and then go back to what you were doing? Or at least if you can?t do that, don?t be so rude and negative in attitude to customers?Out of order.

Staff rude, very slow to serve, asked to move unit, but place ramed due to hold up getting served, nowhere to move too, other truck drivers waiting also so chaos....why puts coffee place in if don't like people waiting.

Garage itself is good, nice and modern. Shame the member of staff on the till wasn't upto the same standard, she was very abrupt and not what I'd think BP would expect from one of there staff.

Not sure if this place is open 24 hours. At 3 am after a long drive from Brighton there was no one around. After a few mins someone did show, but all he did was some kind of interpretative dance at the window but never activated the pump. Filled up at the co-op instead. Only spent £70 so no loss for by I guess.
