Brilliant service. Started with phone conversation with Leo. Came in to look round cars and MJ Campbell was so helpful and it's a good atmosphere. Picked up car today young man that showed me all the buttons etc on car was patient, friendly and another link in the chain of brilliant service. Will definitely recommend this garage to my friends.

Highly recommended. From initial contact MJ was polite and helpful with our remote purchase of this little Mirage. We were travelling up to get it from County Durham 90 minutes away and he made sure arrangements were in place for us to collect it at the weekend so paperwork was ready.We got it home and found a few niggles with the paintwork. I raised this with MJ and no quibbles he arranged for it to be collected and for the affected panels to be resprayed. We had the car back in just a few days. The chap doing the pick up and delivery was spot on.That's really good service and makes me pleased we purchased from here. Really can't fault the aftersales. Every interaction has been positive, no trouble, and just down to earth. Even the box of chocolates when we collected the car was a lovely touch.They make a point of mentioning it being a family business with history and it makes a difference, you can tell they care about customer service.Thank you very much for a hassle free purchase and for sorting the niggles out for us.

I called into Blackshaws car sales of Alnwick to see if they could help me with some bodywork on my Range Rover Vogue, the garage gave me a estimate for the work to be done, which I thought was about right for what was involved,WOW it's all great workmanship, it's absolutely beautiful the car they've even gone the extra mile and picked up the car it's back now with a full valet.PS it's a great job the looks newer than when I bought itThanks to John, Paul & Hannah and the staff.I'll be passing all this to friends of mine looking for their car's to be painted and body repairs.??

Away on holiday a d both skoda key fobs showed change batterey.Rang blackheads service department who were professional and courteous and said should be able to and pop in anytime next day and would fix.Turned up next day receptionist equallyCourteous and professional..knew price of changing batteries took them and within 10 mins job done and I think technician came out with bill and card machine to where I had been sitting andAsked if enjoying holiday ect..Well done blackshaws job quickly done and enabled me to continue enjoying time in northumberland with minimal delay.
