Following the failure of our 19 year old boiler we contacted Phil. He did what you would wish all plumbers would do. He turned up within minutes of being called.He ordered a new boiler and smart thermostat and fitted it as soon as he got it. He took great care to fit it in correctly and neatly and cleaned up after himself. He stuck to his estimate which was a fair and reasonable price. An excellent job, well done. I'd recommend him to anyone. A very happy customer

Really pleased with the service we received, helped us out in an emergency when heating and hot water went off. Kept us informed all the way, and went above and beyond to help us. Ordered parts and fitted next day. Will definitely use again

Philip was fantastic. He fitted a Combi boiler in my flat and re-did my bathroom, including gorgeous tiling. I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship and with his presentation throughout. He offered to take his shoes off on entering my flat, which I thought was very respectful and he was polite and well mannered throughout. He tidied up after himself and cleaned up to a sparkling finish. He had given me a quote before hand which was near enough on the nose of what the job came to and it was very reasonable. He arrived when he said he would and gave me a estimated time of finishing which he stuck to. I felt very comfortable to have him in the flat, whereas it can sometimes be a little strange having a workman in. It felt just like having a mate round!We got to talking about the flat and how long I had been there and I mentioned in passing that I had a kitchen cupboard door loose and he even fixed that for me! I couldn't recommend Philip enough!
