Poor customer service , ordered a pair of flips flops size 9.5 , as you can see by attached picture they way oversized , yes they are marked up as a 9.5 , but look like a size 12 , didn’t want to help when I phoned , now I’m £8-£10 out of pocket as I have to pay return postage

Lovely experience and really nice staff, I bought my outfit for my son's wedding in April of this year, for his June wedding, and I couldn't fault anything from the shop itself to the staff and outfit.So thank you girls??

Visited cilento today as I am going to be mother of the bride next year. When we went in first thing we were asked to do was put on gloves before touching the clothes which was fair enough but to be followed around constantly by the young girl was just so off putting.
