“We had a lovely family meal today. The food was exceptional, and the staff were gracious and friendly. To top it off we were placed in a large area, all to ourselves, up 3 small steps. This is something I usually dread to see as my mum is in an motorised wheelchair!! As soon as the staff seen mum coming they immediately said to wait and they would be back in a minute, a short while later they arrived back wive a ramp and hey presto the stairs weren’t an issue!!! This was the 1st time my mum has felt totally included in an event and that things didn’t have to be changed to accommodate her. I cannot praise the hotel and staff enough for their service, manners and overall kindness. It was so much appreciated!!!”
“It's a bit tempting to lie and say NO AWFUL DON'T GO!.....only because I will be *gutted* if I ever can't get an appointment!But then, customer service is something Amy excels in and goes above and beyond to fit everyone in, even at short notice, and takes equal care of all her clients, right from the first appointment, not just regulars!The salon itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and gives a sense of sanctuary and relaxation as soon as you walk through the door to a warm welcome greeting.For the services, Amy manages to be both highly professional and immensely personable, I've never felt so instantly at ease with someone, zero awkwardness, especially given that they're about to start ripping wax from my ladybits!As for that waxing - perfection! Nary a single hair left and believe it or not ladies&gents - painless! First time I've not flinched, winced, or been tender or had ingrowns afterwards.Amy is exceedingly good at her job and the high level of training and effort she's put into every aspect, shows in every detail.The Yumi lash lift is amazing, it lasts at least twice as long as any other I've had, and the eyelash dye leaves lashes looking glossy and healthy, again, lasts really well. Again, the first time with this type of treatment that I haven't had stingy eyes at the end or felt tender in the skin around my eyes afterwards.I thoroughly (grudgingly but I just can't gatekeep a place this good) recommend Amy's Beauty Rooms, for both the treatments and herself, the entire visit experience is great from start to end and you leave feeling 100% better and 100% hairfree!”
