I was there with my friends for friend birthday last night. The atmosphere was great, the musicians were amazing!! They even put on polish song for our special night. Everyone was very welcoming. We will defo be back again.

We are from Maryland, USA, visiting with friends from a little north of Belfast. We stopped here for dinner tonight after an afternoon in Downpatrick. This pub and restaurant did not disappoint! I had the seafood chowder and my husband had the Guinness steak, both were amazingly delicious! We highly recommend having a meal here. The service was equally as good.

The service is great. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The food is OK. Good middle class. The toilets are clean. You can also park without any problems. Definitely a solid address if you're nearby.

Lovely staff and food was very tasty reasonable food, everyone finished their dishes. Will be back??Vegetarian options: The only thing is my other half is a veggie not a Vegan and everywhere now just caters for vegans as if vegetarians are non existent. ? Still she enjoyed her dinner too.

Can I give 6 starts for service, food and atmosphere? No, shame. Every single staff member is attentive, friendly & hospitable.Food is always on point & I wish a had a larger stomach to try every dish on the menu.Many thanks Oaks, we will be back next time we visit Ireland! ??Kid-friendliness: Children of all ages welcome.
