If I could give Ritchie a higher rating I would. I have never experienced service quite like it. He is the epitome of going the extra mile. I needed a completely new boiler, which no one wants to hear in December, but within an hour,I had a quote and an excellent time frame in which it was going to be sorted. He arrived to take the boiler away, dropped a minimal amount of rust on the road, not the driveway, and came back to clean the road. Those are the small details that a true professional sets themselves above anyone else. He will be fitting the new boiler tomorrow but I?m so confident in Ritchie?s brilliant abilities that I?m posting this now.I could not recommend him highly enough.

Ritchie arrived at my door at 7.30 am only hours after arriving home from holiday ,We had a new Replacement Gas Boiler installed ,If you want a totally professional company then look no further ,Filled out the warranty paperwork at the end and made sure we understood the new controls ,cleaned up everything and removed the old boiler etc .Would not hesitate to use this company or recommend them in the future .Service: Heating system installation
