Called into the Morellis To Go shop a few weeks ago with my family and was blown away by the friendly welcome we received! Obviously well trained staff and the BEST ice-cream in Northern Ireland ?

Overcrowded, tables not cleaned quick enough for new guests to sit.
Guy at the counter that served us ice cream had a cut on his finger with blood dripping down. I mentioned it and he just wiped it and continued. My father in law's cone had blood on it. He provided a new one, however, I felt "icky" eating bout cones and inspected the kids one to make sure no blood was on it.
Afterwards, he didn't even put a band aid / plaster. I'm sure this is against some kind of regulation, but he was young and should have been better trained.

Got as long as I can remember, Morelli?s has always been one of the stars among ice-cream parlours.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good. It?s straight off the street.

Loved my ice cream. I had a medium hazelnut scoop in a cone which was huge. I also had a cappuccino. No complaints about what we had, but the service was very odd to say the least. We were served at the counter and it really wasn't clear whether we would get a table or not as it was so busy. I felt we should have been able to find a table first then get served. Caused stress that was unnecessary.

I travel a lot that day. Went in Morelli's icream and got a lovely soup. The kitchen was closed but the guy brought a lovely soup. Well done to you. Incredible customer service.

Always pop in for an ice cream when in Port... But got an absolute beast of a slab of cheesecake today... Was so good... Banoffee pie was lovely too
