Went in to Ballymoney for our breakfast specified the food I would like due to dietary issues, the food came was all wrong and the mushrooms came squashed into eggcup size container swimming in black gunge, spoke to the waitress and stated I would like a refund as they smartly take the money off you when you order so they don?t have to give you a refund. I was ignored and the same waitress passed by us a few times. We left and definitely do not recommend this place.

was in the portstewart store this morning with a friend fr a late breakfast! Food was lovely as always as were the staff. Special mention though of staff member jay he was very friendly and polite and you could just tell he really enjoyed his job and takes his roll seriously! Will b back again soon no doubt xx

Great coffee shop/restaurant. Was there when it was exceptionally busy on New Years Day. Staff very friendly, especially Nicola and the food was excellent. Highly recommend it.

This is a really nice cafe, the menu looks very good. I only had a pastry and a coffee, both were lovely and there was a terrific choice of pastries. The decor is simple, elegant and welcoming. The staff are exceptionally professional and well mannered. I will definitely return here when I am in Portstewart.

I ordered the festive sandwich with gravy but without mayonnaise which sounded good, but was sorely disappointed. The sourdough was toasted so hard that it was almost impossible to cut. The filling was lukewarm and I also bit into a piece of cold meat which I couldn't decide whether it was fat or uncooked turkey. The gravy was also lukewarm. I tried to get the attention of the servers by eyecontact to express my disappointment but they never looked my way so I drank my tea and left a sizeable portion of my food. Certainly won't be recommended this item on the menu although I have eaten here in the past and been satisfied with my choices.

Great value, fantastic burger... Well worth the visit. Nice little cafe on the front. Will come back to try other food here. Definitely worth your time and money!

Such a great wee coffee shop that we found out serve great food too. I can recommend the eggs Benedict and my wife enjoyed the breakfast brioche bap. I love a flat white but don?t like it in the traditional glass but the staff were happy to serve it to me in the cup. Friendly and hardworking staff in such a busy location. They layout of the shop mean people entering and queuing up are standing by you table so try get down the back and you?ll be able to dine in peace. I?ll definitely be back

We?ve been to this cafe many times and it?s alway great value and very friendly staff. The staff alway seem to be under pressure due to the popularity.

Wow, the caramel squares here are absolutely incredible.Staff friendly nice service, the rest of treats, that's for another day.Prices seem reasonable, coffee decent but give it a go if you have a sweet tooth, you won't be disappointed

This is a very busy cafe. When we arrived it was so warm I felt ill. Thankfully the staff understood and turned on the air con. When we finally got a table we had to go queue to order at the counter and it was a tight squeeze. It was a long wait and an even longer wait for the food. It was very understaffed. They were nice but too busy so lots of the tables were dirty and not cleared so we had to wait to get someone to help. They did their best. I ordered a large culture fry with tea. My cup was dirty and there were white bits floating in the milk..it was probably just from the machine but it put me off. We had a long wait for the food but the breakfast was really nice. They do hash brown balls which are amazing.Vegetarian options: They do a veggie fry which is nit easy to find in NI so would be good for vegetarian
