The wine I wanted was not on the shelf. But on a pallet beside it. The female staff member wouldn't open the pallet to make the sale and was quite obnoxious with it.

We received a call a few weeks back from an employee who was very abusive at the fact we are a reptile rescue and couldn?t help a pigeon. We did however give this woman details of a wildlife rescue. After my receptionist explained many times that we do not have the licenses or knowledge to deal with wildlife as we are a reptile rescue she was shouted at down the phone and verbally abused. I think the woman said her name was Joan or Joanne, and she worked here as that?s were the bird was. Sorry for the 1 star but I?d like to know how my staff spoke to people while representing my business.
