I must say I really enjoyed my stay in the Portrush Atlantic Hotel and it?s all down to the wonderful staff! From our first check in, To the wonderful Restaurant staff who could not do enough for us! Our stay could not of been nicer!! We Thank you!!

We arrived as a large group of cyclists, about 35. Despite the large number of us we where all efficiently checked in and allowed to bring our bikes into our rooms. I shared a room and found it nice and clean. All staff friendly and efficient. We only had a breakfast and found it nice. There was a very, very poor selection of fresh fruit as part of the breakfast. On the whole a nice experience.

Avoid until the hotel is upgraded. We entered the room to a awful smell we need believe to be the carpet it was dirty and full of large bleach stains. Dust everywhere, the windows didn't close, one bed if you moved woke the whole room, the hairdryer is wired into the wall yet didn't work. The bathroom door didn't fully close for privacy, the shower plug was to small for plug hole. The room looked like beds had been made and not much more done by cleaners. I spoke to a receptionist didn't even get as much as an apology. I've emailed the manager and still no reply. Ive stayed in cheaper hotels to a much higher standard.

This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Our room was poor standard and over priced for what was on offer. The staff wouldn't have been the most friendly. We won't be opting to stay here again.

Booked a last min night away for a family of 4 , arrived the room we were giving had a double bed and single bed luckily youngest is only 4 so he slept in with us!! The rooms are in much need of an upgrade I no we don't get great weather that often but Aircon would not go a miss the whole family hardly slept as we had to keep the window open and the noise from the street was so loud !!

Fantastic meal as always.. loaded potato skins .. chicken and pasta, chicken and white wine sauce..the best host as always is the reason we keep coming back, don't know your name ...I'll see you in rathlin

We stayed here a few days ago for our Wedding Anniversary, we received a warm friendly welcome on arrival, our room had a great sea view, we had a comfy bed and spacious room, we had our evening meal in the restaurant the two nights of our stay, food was lovely, breakfast was very good and plenty of it, I have to make special mention to Sam in the restaurant, service was first class, him and his staff were very attentive, ?? We had Gloria at night time and in the morning at breakfast, I have to also mention Amber who served the breakfast, a friendly bubbly girl, with all the right attributes for dealing with the public, the staff here are second to none and I hope they are recognised for their hard work and dedication to the job, they made it the perfect stay, hopefully we will get back in September for my birthday, am looking forward to coming back ??

This hotel is extremely outdated. Our room was poorly maintained, mold/mildew in the bathroom, dripping bathroom faucet, limited electrical outlets, and worn furniture from the 1980's. The switch to turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom was at the top of the wall and completely out of my reach! Parking is a nightmare. If you're lucky enough to arrive early, you may be able to park in 1 of about 15 parking spaces. We had to park 3 blocks away and walk back. When we mentioned it to the receptionist at the desk, he said he couldn't help it and "we needed to find parking somewhere on the street." The view from our room was the only nice thing about this place. I would never recommend this hotel!

Very disappointing. The bedroom was disgusting not clean at all. No way could we walk on the carpet. Very badly stained and dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean either as the toilet was still soiled. We just couldn't have stayed in that room. Got moved slightly better. Good food. downstairs clean. And toilets well clean downstairs. Won't b staying here again.

Disappointed on arrival but we got moved to another room which was cleaner but overall the Hotel needs a full revamp and new carpet and fittings.. Staff very friendly and helpful, dining room lovely... Breakfasts good and any amount of food.... Great location...

Family dinner, Portrush Atlantic Hotel ?????????? AMAZING ! We will be back YUM ? I?m working all week whilst my wife & the kids enjoy the beach & old Barry?s, since I only get back to the apartment early each evening I wanted to spoil my wife and kids with dining out at a number of restaurants. We booked a table at the Atlantic Hotel for last night, we arrived at 7.30pm, it wasn?t too busy which was nice. From start to finish the service was fantastic (Conor ?) & the food was absolutely delicious.

I did not stay there but heard it is an excellent hotel. I did have a breakfast and a dinner at the restaurant and found the food of good quality and the service excellent. Would highly recommend to all.

separate restaurant from the hotel, with a separate entrance, though yo could go through from hotel, where we had a lovely meal, clean with friendly staff, a place where a return visit would be nice, or just to meet up with friends.

Upon entering my room I checked the bathroom and noticed used towels from a previous guest hanging on the door and the floor towel/Matt out and wet, although there was fresh towels in Bathroom, The condition of the room did not reflect price paid grubby tiles grouting, squeaky bed frame. Room key wouldn?t work upon returning to my room later in the evening, Breakfast was just ok but the pudding was drier than the Sahara! Location is good.
