Asked for appointment for 4pm told could only do 345. Arrived early told appointment running behind come back at 415 . Came back told no you didn't book here showed proof on phone totally waste ofy time and no haircut to go out !!!

Iv been going to luna since it opened but also went to Lesley Anne for my beauty treatments many many years before. The staff are fantastic + make my visits most enjoyable. We always have a laugh + there's always a cuppa on the go. Gemma is a great hairstylist + is always there to give me advice on a different cut or colour. I recommend the whole team at a very high rate.??
