We had a wonderful time working with Andrew and Anrhea, they understood our needs and we were always updated with everything nicely and smoothly. It was a real pleasure to working with them.
Selling a house can be very stressful, but Andrew and Anthea made the atmosphere lovely and we were able to relax in whole process.
The Williams Estate Agents wasn't our first choice, which we regret, as we could save time and - most of all - stress. Fortunately, we decided to switch to Williams Estate Agents and it was bullseye! Was told we needed to be present at a rental property for landlord to meet potential tenants. Landlord not present and despite travelling over from Devon and all the expenses incurred , we didn?t even merit a phone call to say that the property had been let. Very disappointed in this company.

Could not have had a better estate agent to buy through, from start to finish Andrew and his staff have been on hand to answer any questions we have had and have kept us updated with any information they have received.
Going out of his way to allow us access to the property to let tradesman in to quote to then allowing us access to ensure we can plan our layout correctly.
I cannot recommend Williams, Andrew and his team enough, an absolute credit to the industry and to yourself.

Having sold a few houses over the years, I decided on a recommendation to use Williams Estate Agents, and am so glad I did!!! From the outset Andrew has been an absolute gentleman, always keeping me informed and having my best interests, giving me sound advice. Its very rare to experience someone who will go over and above for their clients and that's why am absolutely delighted I choose him to sell my rental property. . Andrew helped us buy our new home and sell our old one. He was fantastic to deal with, kept us updated and informed at every turn. He was always at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. The best decision we made was to use Williams. Anyone in need of an Estate Agents look no further than Williams.Owen was absolutely fantastic! He sensed from word go what we were after...and delivered! He was fun, patient and caring. It really mattered to him and that?s not easy to find.Before securing our home we had a few hiccups and Owen was there every step of the way. Phoning at 10pm at night, checking in via text messages and even answering our call while he was on holiday in Italy. We have just bought and sold a house through Williams Estate Agents and as nerve wrecking as moving house can be in the end it all went ahead as planned. We would highly recommend Williams for their knowledge of the market place and their skill at dealing with people in a professional and courteous manner. It was mostly Owen we dealt with, after viewing a house which we didn't like Owen spent time listening to us talking about the type of house we would like. That same night we went to view a house that we loved and this was the house we ended up buying. Owen also assured us we would have no problem selling our own house. Three weeks later our house was sold for above the asking price. What more can we say other than THANK YOU Owen for making our little dream come true, You're our super hero.
