Absolutely shocking customer services from the assistant Jamie talked to her friend at the till for ages .when it was our turn not as much as a hello,she didn't even tell us the price of the goods. I said thank you when she gives me the receipt not as much as a thank from her, totally unprofessional.Jamie needs to go on a refresher course. Think I'll stick with mark and Spencers ..staff are pleasant

Avoid the customer toilets they are beyond awful, smell halfway up the corridor, iv yet to encounter a public toilets that smells this bad and iv used a fair few.

I go to Portadown every Saturday and the wife does the shopping and I get a breakfast Chris Barbara CJ and I think it?s Adam or Allen always bring my breakfast over to. I?m partially disabled. They are always friendly and helpful

First time here. We decided to do our weekly shop here as we were travelling from Belfast to home and a slight detour to here is better than going home via Enniskillen.
Big car park, hardly anyone there even though it was about 08:00 on a weekday.
Nice big store, slightly different layout to my usual store but had everything I needed.
I used the scan and go and the man watching the tills was proactive, friendly and helpful.
I will definitely stop here again if travelling home from Belfast.

This has been a staple of Portadown for years. As long as you have your Clubcard, you can make some good savings.They could do a better job at their products stocked up. There's a lot of competition in town, and if people can't get the stuff in Tesco, they can go to Asda, Lidl, etc.The staff are generally helpful. I can't complain much about the store apart from the lack of products at times. But overall it's great store, and I would hate to see them leave the town.

I arrived at tescos at 5.30 right after work and wasn't allowed in. It is ridiculous that they do not allowed people in half an hour before close. What about the people that work late where should they get the food to eat after a long day of work? Besides that the security worker was also very rude and started shouting at the people asking to enter the shop.
