Just about to place my order and was asked to wait as they made up their delivery orders. Pathetic setup. Seems to be the norm nowadays.

Wow, what a delightful experience! ???Popped in for a quick bite, only to be met by a staff member rocking dreadlocks and a tattoo collection think her name is Jill! Not sure ?cool look, but not so great on the customer service front. Apparently, my height was an issue because she couldn't hear me over the counter (who knew ordering food required platform shoes?). When I dared to raise my voice just a tiny bit, suddenly I was the rude one!
Oh, but the fun didn?t stop there! Asked for Southwest sauce and ended up with some fiery concoction that torched my taste buds and ruined my entire sub. Guess accuracy isn?t on the menu either?
Never mind, won?t be making the mistake of coming back?maybe I?ll find a place where both customer service and listening skills are included in the job description!

Served by what looked like an alien with a horrible attitude winging it had to work alone till 12.
Sub was absolutely terrible and a disgrace for the rip off price charged.
I will NEVER return. Hope it goes bankrupt.

It's alright for a subway the only things that bugs me is the people who go there No respect for staff and messes the place up but for staff there is only 1 person working they need to get more people working Such ridiculous. Drinks machine mostly out of order.

Good food with friendly staff. I've been going to this establishment since I was at the College. Its handy for when you want something substantial to eat while in the town centre.

Ordered through Just-Eat (11 Nov 2023 15:29 order #113327007), got order wrong, missing paid extras and missing items of about £5 total. Phone number given on receipt matches the one on Google and doesn't work so good luck getting this fixed. Never using again. Just sad.

We arrived at 10.53 for a sub breakfast but told we could only have the more expensive breakfast sub with food items we didn't like or want. Grossly unfair as we were there before 11.00 & are pensioners. We won't be back!!!!

The food was kept too long in the easy bake oven and almost burnt, got the wrong cookies and the service was slow. The quality of service has definitely fallen lately, go bridge street instead.

Definitely one of the better subways around. The staff there are really friendly, and the subs they make are always really good. If you like meatball subs, the new Baller sub is a personal recommendation!

Always great for a takeaway. Service is always friendly. Clean inside. Timing was good.Kid-friendliness: Kids always catered for. They have kids meals, drinks and dessert options.
