I had an excellent experience at Specsavers. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The appointment started right on time, and the optometrist explained every step clearly, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the eye test. The equipment was modern and thorough, giving me real confidence in the results.
After the test, I was given clear, honest advice about my prescription and options, without any pressure to make a purchase. The team helped me choose the perfect frames with patience and great recommendations. Overall, a smooth, efficient, and genuinely caring service ? I left feeling well looked after and would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone needing an eye test or new glasses.

My mum has an appointment at Specsavers and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was handled quickly, and I didn?t have to wait long. I also received a new prescription for glasses. Overall, it was a smooth and positive visit.

I recently attended Specsavers in Portadown for a routine eye test and contact lens check, I also had the eye scan. I was seen promptly and taken to different areas for several tests, i.e peripheral vision in addition to a regular eye test. All the staff were, professional, helpful and friendly. The optician Grace was very knowledgeable, she explained every step to me and took time to listen to any concerns that I had regarding my eyesight.

A few years ago the company worked better, now mistakes are made in a hurry and the wrong glasses (lenses) are chosen.

On Wednesday past I attended my sight test and Anita and rosemary where very friendly people and very helpful where antia checked my eyes and rosemary helped me pick frames for my new glasses and the two women where very kind
