I highly recommend Porters Body Shop. I brought my black Audi e-tron in for a rear-end repair, and they exceeded all my expectations. The team was incredibly efficient and got the work done quickly. My car was returned to me looking flawless, just like it did before the accident. They even cleaned the interior and exterior, which was a fantastic surprise. Excellent service from start to finish!

Left a hire car off for pick up by enterprise and picked up our car following it being fixed post car accident. Got our car back with a dent in the passenger door, we left it off with a dent in the driver door and were aware of this. We have since been charged £249.00 for alleged damage to our hire car which was unmarked when left at porters for pick up by enterprise. It seems that it was damaged onsite sometime between the Friday when we dropped it off and the Monday when enterprise apparently picked it up. Other than that the repairs were excellent.

I brought my car to Porters after a collision and they were professional and courteous throughout the process. Mark did a great job of explaining the repair & Rachel and the receptionist were all friendly and helpful. At the end the car looks like new. Would highly recommend.

I had my Mercedes repaired by the team this week. 10+ stars . From beginning to end the staff were wonderful. Eileen in reception couldn't be more helpful and continually kept me upto date with progress. Josh explained everything that needed down and when he returned the car it was in showroom condition.
