Worst customer service ever. Not the first either. I collected an online order today at 5.14pm. Asked to try it on and she said no that they were closing in a few minutes. I said it’ll literally only take me 2 minutes and will save me driving 6 miles if the item is unsuitable. Then she said I have the changing rooms cleaned... read full comment

Despite having a valid receipt and returning within timeframe I was refused either a change or refund. The customer service was appalling and they certainly have lost a once loyal customer.

I find the staff in Peacocks Portadown not at all helpful....wont be back anytime soon!!!
