This company brought lugging scooter over from leigh in Lancashire to their depot 4 miles away from my home then refused to deliver it the rest of the way giving firstly it was to heavy (it weighs 38k) then claiming it was due to covid. PLEEES!!! Its a small foldable scooter for disabled people. So being disabled l had to arrange a friend to lift it for me (It goes into the back seat of a car.) This firm has vans and lorries and l could not understand the problem. All they had to do was leave it at my garage door. So l eventually got it a week later before it was!sent back. My legs may be weak but l can lift it with one arm. So disabled people out there make sure you double check your courier will deliver to your door. The beareaucrats seem not to understand the word DISABLED. Yes l was annoyed. Am used to this sort of thing now.

Worst company ever, why do firms rely on this company they are irresponsible and unprofessional.Paid for 48 hours service. They collect 4 huge parcels 3 days ago, but it wasn't delivered and they don't know where are they!Just now on the phone and they said that next delivery possibly after weekend because today is Friday. Again that mean 6 days instead of 2 days delivery.Can't send any request online etc
