Just back home from a very pleasant experience with this store! I approached the store a bit anxiously as I have never had a contract before (the reason for my visit) and I was unsure of what to ask and who to ask.One of the people who worked there was a worker called Stuart (If I recall and if I am spelling it right - my memory isn't the best, sorry)So at first I get approached, asking if I am getting on okay and if I had any questions. At first I didn't know what to say and I am bad at starting conversation, so I just said "I'm just looking," to which this individual let me be easily so I could interact with the phones on display to get a better feel as to what one I would like to buyWhen I had the courage I approached, asked about contracts - how they worked, what they do, any extras, etc., as I had never had one before (I have been on Pay As You Go SIMs all my life)This person was willing to provide any information connected to the topic at hand answered any questions that I had all while not making me feel like an idiot and taking the time to actually talk me through it with an upbeat and charismatic approach.After some further back and forth, and both a phone and a watch was picked out, he went out of his way to try and find the best deals that 02 can provide, again, talking me through each option to find what one would suit me. He was also able to give me an eSIM for both my phone and watch, which a previous store could not help set it up with my now previous phone-and-watch (or even point me on where to go/what to do to achieve it)Due to my memory issues, I had to ask a few times if I was getting the right packages in terms of how long I was going to pay for the items, the data that would come with it, that there is insurance with the product (I took insurance out on it as it is a flip phone - and I want to have reassurance that IF the screen gave way then I have that cover to replace it) and this person gladly went over numerous times as to what I was ordering so we both got it right. I was reassured over and over positively and I didn't feel like I was causing a fuss, especially for my first experienceAfter a bit of faff setting up security checks and the computers being a bit funky, we eventually got everything sorted, I read the end agreement and I was happy with what I was going to purchase.After the local branch near me shut down permanently, I was unsure as to which branch to go to - this one had nice reviews compared to other branches, was reachable via bus (I can't drive on medical grounds) and I decided to take a gamble. Needless to say, I will gladly make the bus trip back if I ever need further assistance!

I went into a few 02 shops the last few weeks and was met with unhelpful staff. Even after I explained I have Autism and I am struggling to get my money back that I had to pay up front for my phone. I was nervous to try again but I decided I?ll go with my mum to the one in Portadown. We explained my situation and I was met with a member of staff that was patient and understanding and happy to help me with my problem. Thank you for making my experience better than the rest. Highly recommend.
