I called into Nationwide in Portadown to get advice about debt due to mental health breakdown. The lady I spoke to was lovely, she was supportive & suggested some ideas that may help. I can't recall her name but I would like to thank her & all the staff in Portadown. Noelle

I expected to have privacy and advice on opening an ISA, however I had to speak through a glass window to your colleague, the background noise was horrendous and I came away confused and disappointed with the service
