Terrible shop. Ordered an item start of December which said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. Now well into January no order and after emailing customer service for weeks I finally got a snarky reply. They are trying to say the item i ordered was advertised as ? delivery in the new year?, which I know for a fact it was not as I put off ordering other items which were labelled as such.

Ordered a polo shirt at end of November. Contacted McKVR on 5th December upon receipt of faulty item. Was advised it would be replaced. With Christmas past and no notification of dispatch, and unable to contact their customer 'support' team, I requested a refund. It has been refunded today but they have the cheek to keep the shipping fee of £5.95 and I'm left with nothing to show for it. I wish I'd seen the reviews on here before ordering

Awful experience, very rude the staff. Never approached us to see if we needed help, and kept looking at us up and down. It's ashame as the store has such good deals on atm.

Product good, but took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Email not replied to. Grandson had no present to open on his birthday! Wouldn't use again. Will pay the bit extra to buy local. Not impressed.

There was a good range of running shoes including four pairs trail shoes which is what I was after. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful and keen that I was happy with my shoes before I bought them. The best running shoe shop I know of in the area. I will come back here again!

I ordered something 2 months ago the items I ordered were for pre order so I knew the item would take up to 35 working days, However I have noticed from the website that the items Iordered are in stock and I have contacted them very respectfully for an update on my order, they are very prompt in replying to my queries however each reply I have received has not given me any information on my exact order only replies that are fobbing me off,The last reply I received today telling me basically they have a lot of emails to reply to and not to email again as it is clogging their emails,,unfortunately I really need the items ordered as it is a present for my son ,if they would just give me an update on my order which is all I asked for in my first email to them I wouldn't have had to ask a second or third time,if they are backed up with emails its obviously not the customers fault and is an in house and staff problem,

I purchased an Armagh mini kit 1-2 years from The GAA Store. It arrived in a timely fashion given that the store is located in NI and I live in the USA.When I tried the product on my toddler, I couldn?t get his head through the neck of the shirt. I called the GAA store and the store rep informed me that, if I wanted an exchange for a larger size, I would have to pay to ship it back to NI and then again to the USA. If I decided against this, she suggested that I stretch the neckline of the shirt. I ended up going with the latter due to the hassle of the exchange process and the item ended up fitting my toddler. I don?t like having to do this with items that I buy, as it is a form of damage, plus the item should have fitted anyway. I purchased a same size Kilkenny shirt for my toddler at the O?Neill?s store in Newry, NI, when I was visiting in April and it fit my child fine. I wasn?t impressed that the McKeever shirt did not fit without resorting to stretching the stitching around the shirt?s neck. Not overly satisfied. Emailed the customer services department and the reason given for the poor fit was that ?unfortunately different brands can run different sizes.?
