I had a disappointing experience with Mcdonald?s regarding their treatment of employees. My sister recently faced a family emergency and needed to leave work, but management refused to pick up the phone. This lack of compassion and support for employees during difficult times is unacceptable. A workplace should prioritize the well-being of its staff, especially when it comes to family matters. I hope they reconsider their policies and approach to employee welfare in the future.

Couldn't see or hear the pickup area as the counter and staff surrounded by just eat drivers. Asked the blonde eastern European accented woman if mine was ready as couldn't see . She thought I wanted to order and when I told her I didn't she made a sarcasm waving of the arms and said stuff in a sarcastic abrupt way with her back turned. Not very welcoming for people or kids

Most times service is excellent and coffee etc is good standard. Delivery drivers can hog the counter and the parking spaces waiting on a delivery run. Staff need to ensure hair nets are worn as per health hygiene!

Didnt have chips or chicken nuggets or ice cream even got my wrap wrong asked for kastu chicken curry wrap got a grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap what didnt taste nice the one in Portadown is way better

Been loads of times, always something wrong with the order. Ordered a double quarter most recently with only cheese and onions. Got it with everything apart from onions. Random. Place wasn't even that busy. But we keep coming back because it's handy, you don't have to get out of the car and your guaranteed it will be wrong but probably not terrible.

If u order in store, u would be quicker going through the drive-through theunseem to get served first. In side isn't exactly fast food. Staff have their hair, all shapes and clothes are covered in hair, not very food hygiene conscious.
Has also gotten very expensive
