I wouldn?t recommend the IOM branch on the basis of the assistant manager guy (Andrew White) with the hand tattoos had no idea what he was talking about. He couldn?t maintain eye contact was really jittery and I have had nothing but good experiences with you guys in the past on some home DIY. But he was really rude to me.

Went to collect two sheets of MDF at the Lisburn branch, specifically drove to collect these from here.
Website said open till 12pm on Saturday.
Arrived to all tills closed, gates pulled across to prevent entry for any vehicles and staff leaving at 11:50am!

Best builders merchants in the ABC area. Not only competitive prices and stock but the staff are the friendliest and most helpful out there. Will search stock and cut lumber for you no problem and will always try to get a best solution for your needs. Experiences of other merchants and you feel the same request is always a chore to them. Overall well worth your custom.

Customer service exceptional. Ordered skirting board yesterday evening with a very helpful and polite gentleman. Delivered this morning first thing. Delivery driver helpful and cheerful. First order with this company but I?ll be a returning customer.
