From a sellers viewpoint- excellent estate agents. Very good communication and very much promoted our property to achieve the best outcome for us and our situation as a young family. We were also told by John 3 times that he never would have expected our home to reach the value it did- this was unprofessional.
2 stars unfortunately from a buyer?s perspective. Strongly advised from our solicitor to not pursue a new build that JC were selling, as although there was an ?interested parties? list for 4 new build properties they would potentially put on the open market which is very poor form when we had sold our home through JC.
Met with builder on a number of occasions who was keen to enable us to book one of the homes. However, JC would not allow. Both JC and builder on very different wavelengths. Different conversations and builder unaware of message JC were promoting in relation to these homes i.e was not even aware of ?list?
Repeatedly, we had been advised to get in the best position possible- sale agreed on our home, moved into temporary accommodation (with a 5 month old baby and 3yr old,) had secured a mortgage in principle. B Unfortunately we kept being told that some sort of bidding would be encouraged totally unsure of final price.
Moreover, JC secured a booking fee from one of our family friends for one the sites we had had been interested in- the builder informed us of this by visiting our home as he knew our situation.
W.Scott- very decent and appreciated always his guidance.
JC definitely dropped the ball and demonstrated unconcern as they were very much aware of our situation and seeking affirmation whilst living in a temporary accommodation.
For this reason, we have been disappointed by the devious behaviour. Messed about with a young family and absolute no concern about our worries. So pleased our solicitor advised us appropriately to meet our needs.

Team Joyce Clarke sold my home within a few weeks of it being on the market with them. I couldn't recommend them enough, their communication and attention to detail was spot on. Very friendly team and they know what they are doing!

I can thoroughly recommend Joyce Clarke Estate Agents for the quietly efficient and professional manner in which they dealt with the sale of my late mum's house. Libby was excellent from the first visit to final handover. Sharon was always very helpful - and patient when dealing with my enquiries. Some Agents seem to feel the need to promote themselves but Joyce Clarke get on with the job and promote the property and the interests of their client. Thank you for everything!

Very nice people but i bought a property where the oil boiler was so dangerous that had i used it i could have had foundations flooded with oil, i just think they hadnt done due diligence with the vendor.

I can?t Thank Sharon in Joyce Clarke Estate Agents enough as she made our house move painless and easy by being in constant contact with us and the site foreman Stephen to make sure everything was ready to go when we were,
She treated us like we were family and couldn?t do enough for us and went over and above her call of duty and nothing was a bother to her.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Joyce Clarke. If they concentrated on interested buyers, as opposed to talking a good talk on social. With a lack of communication and unnecessary treatment from senior management, I certainly won't be trusting them with one of the largest purchases of my life. Seems like you have to be a certain clientele and I just didnt fit.

Absolutely superb - from our initial meeting right through to completion of the sale. Libby, John, Sharon and the team at Joyce Clarke recently sold our family farm. Libby's knowledge of the market was second to none. Her valuation was spot on, and the team's willingness always to go the extra mile - including piecing together complex bids, and later, nudging the legal teams when needed - took so much of the stress out of what was (otherwise) a difficult process.
