Ordered flowers for a special occasion. Flowers were beautiful but the delivery charge was over-the-top. Very expensive for less than a 1.5 mile delivery.

Absolutely thrilled with the service here. Rang from the UK to have flowers delivered in Ireland. Gorgeous bouquet exactly what I asked for. Will defo recommend and use again.

Absolutely atrocious. What can I say. My husband ordered a £90 bouquet of flowers for me after I had just completed 9 months of gruelling treatment for breast cancer. They were delivered to me by a driver in a small Peugeot car and my flowers were in a metre high tall vase...need I say any more about their journey to me...anyhow I really wasn?t that impressed and come Monday (3 days later) they were all dead...I couldn?t believe it..after he had spent £90. I have received bouquets of flowers before and they?ve lasted for weeks..I telephoned Gabrielles myself and spoke to the manager on Tuesday then. I just wanted to let her know how disappointed I was after what I had just been through and she insisted on sending me a replacement bouquet. Well..needless to say the small bouquet I have just received today would have cost somewhere in the region of perhaps £20..if that. I certainly won?t be using Gabrielles flowers again in my lifetime and would advise others not to either.

I had went into this flower shop with intentions of paying my wedding flowers for church and presentation flowers here. As soon as I enter I felt uneasy. I had pointed out the size of flowers I wanted and was told I don't think she will make them that size ( the size that was on display) I was told I needed this and that and felt under pressure and was made to feel they knew what was better for my wedding. Don't get me wrong everyone has their own opinions but in that industry they should know everyone wants different ways and if they don't have anything nice to say shouldn't say it at all ð???
