Ordered a wheel bearing online this morning. Around 9am. It's after being delivered less than 3 hours later direct to my doorstep. I think it's the quickest ive ever received a parcel ordered inline im my life! I didn't even choose the express delivery option. Seriously impressed.

Its always a waiting game here... They ask for your order number then you're left waiting for up to 20 minutes while they do who knows what.
Also when you order something online it says the item will be ready for collection Tuesday... Tuesday comes i go to them only to find out its still not there? There is no system in palce to tell you when the item actually arrives in stock so you're having to waste time.

They don?t have clock and collect orders ready for collection, it involves 10+ minute wait. Don?t be sending a mechanic as they?ll be on the payroll for waiting. Not bad value when they have a deal on, but far too expensive for things at full price
