The manager was very cheeky, I had placed an order through my friends phone and she wanted me to pay both pizza and never gave my pizza, so then my other friend placed an order and the quality was disgusting

This is such a consistently bad Domino's it's astounding they haven't lost their franchise rights. Understaffed, overworked, and way below the quality you'd expect; they don't even look like Domino's pizzas they're so rushed. Do yourself a favour and order from a different one.

Hi just want to let everyone know do not be ordering any food from dominos portadown as i ordered a pizza from there got really bad food poisioning and i rung them n they were so rude there custormor servies are really bad as i said i rung them n marcus was on the phone he was so rude then hung up on me then i rang back n then he hung up again and denied that he even was on the phone with me so just want to let everyone know do not be ordering from dominos portadown save yourself all the hassal n go somewhere else

ordered double bacon cheese loaded fries which i paid nearly 8 pound for and received exactly 4 tiny pieces of bacon so i rang in and asked for refund but they couldn?t even offer that lol and said it would take an hour for more food to get sent out

Ordered pizza and chip, was handed to me at door, no warm bag to be seen, he walked from car to our house, boxes exposed to cool air. Pizza and chip very cold and tasteless. Paid £20.99. Rang Portadown shop, person said food had to be collected before money put back into account. Hours later food still sitting on table. An expensive choice for pizzas, staff not helpful, My advice, go elsewhere.

This should be pizza with extra bacon and extra cheese. I?m not mentioning that when u call them to ask where is ur pizza because ap from 15 min is showing that pizza was delivered they hang up .

After placing an order via the app which came to over £120, had it delivered only to find items missing. Tryed phoning several times but couldn't get an answer. Not the 1st time but will definitely be the last..
Absolutely shocking, wouldn't recommend Domino's Portadown.

Ordered pizza and all the time delivery issue.One time order pizza so the driver left pizza outside on the gates,another time delivered wrong adress and left,now they was saying they tryed call but they cant,where i dont got any calls, so driver just turn around and left.I would say they beter take of option for delivery.

Ordered a £50 order and it came up as delivered 5 minutes before closing time and never received the order. The order went to another address and they did not answer due to it being near closing time, very disappointed and hope they rectify it.
