“Recently purchased a beautiful car from Edwin Mays, we had the pleasure of Brian helping us with our purchase.From day one, there was complete communication and honesty. Nothing was too much for the team, the car had ran out of MOT - this was made very clear to us in the first 30 seconds of the initial phone call. Once we agreed on the sale Brian rapidly secured an appointment, and the car passed!We had one concern after we test drove the car, which we highlighted to Brian. We had looked at a number of dealerships ranging from Crossgar to Belfast right down to Armagh. We are two ladies, I am an engineer by trade and hence I'm not stupid when it comes to cars - I never mentioned this to Brian or the team. Us ladies were treated with so much respect, once I had raised the issue Brian immediately checked it out for me and even convinced a member of his team to double check (I honestly still maintain the issue was in my head!) But the point is we were not immediately dismissed nor made feel stupid - unlike other gents we have had to deal with in other dealerships. I could have asked for the moon and I am sure Brian and the team would have a piece of it in the boot for me! When leaving with our new car, I shook hands with Brian and told him I would see him for my next purchase - and I definitely will.
