I recently purchased a dining table with chairs and bench from Ashgrove Furnishings. Upon installation I noticed a few scratches on the table surface. I immediately got in contact with them and within a few emails the situation was rectified and a new table top ordered with no questions asked or feet dragging. Their customer service is impeccable and a lot of businesses out there could learn a lot from them. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we are delighted with our new dining set. For future business in regards to home furnishing I won't be going anywhere else.

Bought a mattress online and was immediately given a delivery date. This date didn't suit me so another was given. 2 guys delivered the double mattress and left it exactly where I asked. All completed from start to finish with no hassle whatsoever. I'd love an oak round extending pedestal table so I'll keep checking your website.

As someone who always looks for reviews before placing an online order, I feel it only right that I now do one myself. From the moment I placed my order for a mattress, the service has been exceptional! Great communication both by email and telephone. This includes an after sales email to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was delivered within a couple of days, I was expecting a four week wait! The price was better by far than I had found anywhere else. The two men who delivered the mattress were very pleasant and happy to put it wherever it needed it to go. I am sure this will not be my last purchase from this remarkable business. I would also recommend the Premier Collection Luxe 1000 mattress by Slumbernight, it is most comfortable.
