Ordered my first ever home delivery for groceries due to being very unwell currently and not able to leave the house. This experience has confirmed I will never order a home delivery by asda again. Good part of my order missing on delivery, the items that I really needed such as toilet roll, cooking oil etc that I'm running low on/ completely out of. The delivery driver was more than pleasant and he also couldn't believe how much was missing from my order/ the actual items missing knowing fine well these are basic stock items missing. I have no doubt that these items are in stock at the store. I was informed that asda staff who are delegated pickers for collection/ deliveries tend to put down nil stock if they are too busy or short of staff. Why bother offering a service that you's can't be bothered to provide. Complete let down and inconvenience.

Waited all evening for my online delivery - booked a 8pm-10pm slot. No sign of it by 10.10pm so I contacted customer services as the store itself was closed to see if they knew anything about it. Bottom line - no vans available to deliver and if it doesn?t arrive by midnight it will automatically be cancelled. Had I not phoned I would be unaware of this. Completely unhelpful customer service line, completely useless delivery service!

Was here on Monday 30th December, at 6pm, disabled toilets were locked! This has happened on at least 2 occasions, one staff member said it was flooded, whilst another said its to stop youths vandalising! I make them aware that in fact they're breaking the law, and would be reporting it to the relevant authorities! My question is what's the security guard doing when all this supposed vandalism is taking place?? Complete & utter disgrace for disabled people...ASDA sort it out immediately!!

First time in the store to buy £70 worth of good, was advised to use the self scan only to be met with a security check. All our items rescanned while we stood for 10 minutes only to be told to go on ahead. What a waste of our time and to stand there while staff checks our entire trolley for stolen goods. Demoralizing and humiliating. Wont be back

Visited Asda portadown at lunchtime today. Staff have all the personality of a bog brush! Rude, unhelpful staff at self service check outs. 2 out of 3 looked to be about 5 years old but no excuse for behaving like complete zombies! Saw them ignore quite a few customers and the person that dealt with me proceeded to walk off while I was mid sentence speaking to him. When I said excuse me he continued to walk away and I highly doubt he didnt hear me considering he was about a foot away from me. He had to come back about 2 seconds later to fix the thing I was trying to ask him about in the first place so only wasted his time. As someone who had 2 young children with her and was already frazzled trying to do a quick shop this made an already unpleasant experience even worse! Don't want to be besties but at least act like a normal human being with a level of personality. No one could say that they're busy considering the place was dead and no wonder!!

Some of the worst incompetent customer service people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Order grocerys 5PM-7PM they never arrived multiple phone calls to the store and the Asda online telling me it would be there by 11PM never arrived it changed the next day to delivered, which it didn't the most unhelpful management team, no food not a single cars from the store clearly incompetent delivery drivers avoid online orders from this store at all costs will never shop here again.

Click and collect is a shambles nobody answers the phone when there to collect waited 20 mins this morning.wont be back . The food all damaged as well .

I was in your Portadown store today and felt unwell as I am only out of hospital. Maggie came to my assistance and got a chair for me and my daughter who has a baby also a cup of water. Thank you.maggie and well done asda for having such great staff.

Home delivery has recently been abhorrent won't be using anymore...3 or 4 hours last time. Ridiculous. Abs livid waited again this evening like a complete eejit for no delivery to arrive at all. Then when I ring all I get is they can't track
I know for God's sake I can see it isn't on the way. If I could give it minus I would. Now it's taking 48 hours to refund my shopping. What a joke. Full weeks shopping and it's gonna take 48 hours to refund? Money gets taken straight away

Order didn't come rang me to say was running late to witch I was fine with but didn't come was ment be here 6-8am 4pm I couldnt get through to the store been trying from 12pm nothing so went in and my order sitting there the guy goes yes your order was delivered I goes hardly when thats my order there in the corner now they where going make me wait 3-7days for refund when I've 3 kids amd 150pound shop
